Our services are designed to accessible and individualized. It is important that you get a chance to gauge whether we might be a good fit for you. We offer a free consultation which allows space for us to connect and answer any questions that you might have about counselling. We recognize wellness as a balance between the emotional, spiritual, mental and physical. Counselling is individualized, based on the diverse need of clients, who bring their own innate knowledge and resources. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are offered virtually, in-person at our office in Calgary or Siksika, and on the land.
If you identify as Indigenous, you may be eligible for coverage through Indigenous Services Canada under NIHB/Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support program/MMIWG2+ support. Counselling services are intended to be accessible for clients who identify as Indigenous. We are intentional about working in relationship with others to ensure that Indigenous clients are able to access services at no-cost and with reduced barriers. We are honoured to work alongside several agencies doing meaningful work in the community: Edmonton Heyoka Healing Society, Iksooksipaitapii Wellness Foundation, Ῑdᾱnágúzhōt-ná Youth Services Section, Stardale Women's Group. We know that community plays an important role in healing.
