Our services are designed to accessible and individualized. It is important that you get a chance to gauge whether we might be a good fit for you. We offer a free consultation which allows space for us to connect and answer any questions that you might have about counselling. We recognize wellness as a balance between the emotional, spiritual, mental and physical. Counselling is individualized, based on the diverse need of clients, who bring their own innate knowledge and resources. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are offered virtually, in-person at our office, or on the land.

If you identify as Indigenous, you are eligible for coverage through Indigenous Services Canada under NIHB/Indian Residential School Resolution Health Support program/MMIWG2+ support. Counselling services are intended to be accessible, without barriers, for clients who identify as Indigenous. We also have partnerships with the Edmonton Heyoka Healing Society and Iksooksipaitapii Wellness Foundation, which allows us to ensure that Indigenous clients are able to access services at no-cost while facilitating community and opportunities for diverse ways of healing.

We know that community can play an important role in healing. Please connect with us to share interest in upcoming groups, community consultation, and opportunities to work together on a personal or professional level. If you are a new client, please schedule a free consultation below to get set up with Mallory or connect with us to be placed on a waitlist for Katrina.
